Givenchy seeks a Style Advisor in Riyadh (Kingdom Centre) to deliver personalised luxury client experiences and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, client‑centric service to local and international customers, building lasting relationships and tracking preferences to foster loyalty.
- Present and narrate Givenchy’s collections with authority, guiding clients through product features and the maison’s design philosophy.
- Contribute to compelling in‑store displays and maintain a visually elevated boutique environment in line with brand standards.
- Work proactively to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by identifying and converting additional sales opportunities.
- Uphold luxury brand image through impeccable grooming, professional behaviour and adherence to boutique protocols.
- Collaborate closely with stock and store teams to ensure seamless client service and consistent product presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury or high‑end fashion retail or a similarly demanding customer‑facing environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language (Arabic preferred) to serve an international and regional clientele.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrable ability to empathise and personalise the client journey.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of Givenchy’s aesthetic and brand positioning.
- Professional appearance, discretion and the capacity to represent a high‑profile luxury maison.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years in luxury/fashion retail or a demanding customer‑centric role, with documented success against sales objectives and experience serving both local and international clients.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or diploma in fashion, retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
