Givenchy is hiring a Style Advisor in Riyadh (Kingdom Centre) — Permanent full-time role delivering personalized luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome local and international clients, creating an elevated and hospitable in-store environment.
- Deliver highly personalized client service by identifying needs, advising on fit and styling, and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Tell the story of Givenchy collections and designers to convey product heritage and distinct design features.
- Drive sales performance by proactively managing client opportunities, following up on leads, and meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Support visual merchandising and assist in creating compelling displays that uphold the boutique’s aesthetic standards.
- Maintain the boutique’s luxury standards through impeccable grooming, professional conduct, and adherence to brand presentation guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with in-store teams, including stock and store management, to ensure product availability and a consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or a demanding customer-facing environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a retail or boutique setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong clienteling and relationship-building capabilities.
- Fluency in English and the local language (Arabic preferred for Riyadh) to engage both local and international clientele.
- Genuine passion for fashion and a thorough understanding of Givenchy’s brand DNA and product categories.
- Professional presentation and a commitment to upscale service standards; ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in luxury or high-end fashion retail with demonstrable sales achievements.
Education
High school diploma required; tertiary education in fashion, merchandising, retail management or business is preferred.
