Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining personal accountability for performance objectives
  • Apply omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all platforms and deliver personalized client experiences
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all Givenchy categories and stay current with market trends and competitive landscape
  • Embody the Givenchy brand with passion and enthusiasm in every client interaction, delivering the signature Givenchy selling ceremony
  • Deepen and develop guest relationships through strategic clienteling to drive lifetime loyalty and exceed sales plans
  • Cultivate relationships through ongoing personalized communication including handwritten notes, phone calls, and targeted emails
  • Capture and leverage customer data through discovery of each guest to inform styling recommendations
  • Drive business as a styling visionary for seasonal product and key essentials
  • Implement best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique and memorable experiences
  • Execute visual merchandising, inventory control, operations support, and after-care services as needed
  • Monitor NPS performance and implement proactive responses to client feedback
  • Identify client passions and community involvement to create CSR opportunities
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales, retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets
  • Ability to offer engaging and personalized client interactions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate client desires and concerns
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Service-oriented mindset with proactive support for clients and colleagues
  • College-level education preferred
