Givenchy Style Advisor position in Miami Design District. Join the LVMH luxury fashion house for a full-time retail role focused on personalized client experiences and sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets with consistent individual accountability
- Deliver personalized client experiences embodying the Givenchy brand philosophy and selling ceremony
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories to inform client preferences and recommendations
- Build and deepen client relationships through omni-channel engagement, handwritten correspondence, and personalized communication
- Capture and leverage customer data to identify preferences and create targeted styling opportunities
- Stay current with market trends, competitor positioning, and seasonal product developments
- Optimize store hospitality and amenities to create memorable, differentiated guest experiences
- Identify client passions and community involvement to develop Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities
- Support boutique operations including visual merchandising, inventory control, and after-care services
- Monitor Net Promoter Score feedback and implement proactive service improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales, retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales results and exceeding performance objectives
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Ability to anticipate client desires and concerns with service-oriented mindset
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities
- College-level education preferred

Minimum 3 years of sales, retail, hospitality, or equivalent experience with a demonstrated history of driving sales results and building client relationships in a customer-facing luxury environment.
