Givenchy seeks a Style Advisor in Miami, FL to deliver personalized luxury client experiences and exceed sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Deliver highly personalized client experiences and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Apply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across in-store and digital channels.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories to anticipate and satisfy client preferences.
- Embody the Givenchy brand and selling ceremony in every customer interaction, using individual style to create memorable moments.
- Deepen and develop relationships through personalized communications (handwritten notes, phone calls, emails) and capture customer data through discovery.
- Drive styling and merchandising decisions for seasonal product and business essentials to grow sales.
- Monitor and act on NPS performance and client feedback to improve service standards.
- Support concierge-level hospitality and optimize boutique amenities to create unique, tailored experiences.
- Participate in operational activities including visual merchandising, inventory control, after-care and other boutique duties; adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Identify clients’ passions and community involvement to create CSR opportunities and further engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality or related client-facing roles.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving measurable results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and relationship-building ability.
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver discretion.
- Strong time-management skills and personal accountability for individual performance objectives.
- College-level education preferred.
- Reports to: Boutique Manager.

Experience
Minimum three years of client-facing experience in sales, retail or hospitality with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and cultivate high-value client relationships; luxury retail experience is advantageous.
