Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining individual performance accountability
- Provide personalized client experiences and build strong, long-term guest relationships
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all Givenchy categories and recommend merchandise through an omni-channel approach
- Stay current with market trends, competitor positioning, and brand evolution
- Embody the Givenchy brand ethos with passion and enthusiasm, executing the signature Givenchy selling ceremony
- Deepen client relationships through proactive, personalized communication including handwritten notes, calls, and emails
- Capture and analyze customer data through discovery conversations to inform personalized recommendations
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create memorable, bespoke experiences
- Drive seasonal business performance as a styling visionary for key product launches and essentials
- Monitor and act upon NPS performance and client feedback to continuously improve service
- Identify client interests and community involvement to develop Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities
- Support boutique operations including visual merchandising, after-care, inventory control, and adherence to company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales, retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience
- Proven track record of driving sales and delivering measurable results
- Exceptional ability to engage clients and create compelling shopping interactions
- Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to anticipate client needs and concerns
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Service-oriented mindset with genuine commitment to supporting clients and colleagues
- College-level education preferred

Minimum 1+ years of sales, retail, hospitality, or related experience demonstrating a proven ability to drive sales performance and cultivate client relationships in a luxury or service-oriented environment.
