Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining personal accountability for performance objectives
- Apply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channels and deliver personalized client styling recommendations
- Stay current with market trends and competitor activity to inform product positioning and client guidance
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all Givenchy categories to optimize client satisfaction and cross-selling opportunities
- Embody the Givenchy brand aesthetic and selling ceremony in every customer interaction, creating memorable moments through distinctive personal style
- Deepen client relationships through ongoing personalized communication via handwritten notes, phone calls, and emails to drive lifetime loyalty and spend
- Capture and leverage customer data through discovery conversations to inform tailored engagement strategies
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique, personalized shopping experiences aligned with brand standards
- Drive seasonal and key business initiatives through styling vision and product advocacy
- Respond proactively to NPS performance and client feedback to continuously enhance service delivery
- Identify loyal clients' community involvement and passions to create aligned CSR engagement opportunities
- Execute operational responsibilities including visual merchandising, after-care, and inventory control as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales, retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience
- Proven track record of driving sales and delivering measurable results
- Ability to offer engaging client interactions and anticipate client desires and concerns
- Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and listening modalities
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities
- Service-oriented mindset with proactive support orientation toward clients and colleagues
- College-level education preferred
- Full fluency in English; multilingual abilities a plus

Minimum 3 years of sales, retail, hospitality, or related industry experience with a demonstrated history of driving sales results and delivering engaging client interactions.
