Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining personal accountability for performance objectives
- Deliver personalized client experiences grounded in the Givenchy selling ceremony, embodying the brand's ethos of audacity and luxury
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories to serve client preferences and provide tailored recommendations
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships through proactive engagement, including personalized handwritten notes, phone calls, and emails
- Capture and leverage customer data through strategic discovery to drive lifetime loyalty and spending across all sales channels
- Apply an omni-channel merchandising approach to recommend products across retail and digital touchpoints
- Stay current with market trends, competitor positioning, and seasonal product launches to drive business performance
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities, implementing best practices to create distinctive, memorable guest experiences
- Monitor and act upon Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance and client feedback to continuously improve service delivery
- Identify loyal clients' community involvement and passions to develop Corporate Social Responsibility partnership opportunities
- Execute auxiliary responsibilities including visual merchandising, inventory control, operations support, and client aftercare
- Uphold all company policies and procedures while reporting to the Boutique Director
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated sales, retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience
- Proven track record of driving sales results and exceeding performance targets
- Ability to engage clients with authentic, compelling interactions
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to anticipate client needs, desires, and concerns
- Superior time management and organizational capabilities
- Service-oriented mindset with proactive support for both clients and team members
- College-level education preferred

Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales, retail, hospitality, or equivalent experience with demonstrated success in driving sales results and building client relationships.
