Givenchy seeks a Style Advisor in Dallas, TX to deliver personalised luxury client experiences and drive sales at Dallas North Park.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive selling and client development.
- Deliver highly personalized client experiences by applying an omnichannel approach and superior product knowledge across all categories.
- Cultivate and deepen long‑term relationships with clients using bespoke outreach (handwritten notes, calls, emails) and data capture during guest discovery.
- Act as a styling visionary: curate looks, recommend seasonal product and essentials, and create memorable in‑store moments using individual STYLE.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to elevate the customer journey and implement best practices for client care.
- Monitor NPS and client feedback, take proactive remedial actions and contribute to continuous improvement of service standards.
- Identify clients’ passions and community involvement to create CSR engagement opportunities and strengthen brand affinity.
- Support operational activities including visual merchandising, inventory control, after‑care and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in luxury sales, retail or hospitality with a demonstrable track record of driving results.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client loyalty.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong written, verbal and listening abilities.
- Service‑oriented mindset with excellent time management and the ability to anticipate client needs.
- College‑level education preferred.
