Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining personal accountability for individual performance objectives
- Apply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channels and stay current with market trends and competitor activity
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories to best service client preferences and embody the Givenchy brand in every customer interaction
- Deepen and develop client relationships through personalized communication, including handwritten notes, phone calls, and emails to drive lifetime loyalty and spending
- Capture customer data through discovery conversations and implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities for unique, personalized experiences
- Drive business performance by positioning seasonal products and key essentials as a styling visionary while taking proactive action on NPS performance and client feedback
- Identify loyal clients' passions and community involvement to create Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities
- Perform operational duties including visual merchandising, after-care, inventory control, and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales, retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience with a proven history of driving sales and results
- Exceptional communication skills in written, verbal, and listening capacities with the ability to engage clients meaningfully
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate client desires and concerns with strong time management capabilities
- Service-oriented mindset with proactive commitment to supporting both clients and co-workers
- College-level education preferred

Minimum 3 years of sales, retail, hospitality, or related customer-facing experience demonstrating a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
