Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining personal accountability for performance objectives
- Apply omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise and optimize client engagement across all touchpoints
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of brand product knowledge across all categories to serve client preferences effectively
- Embody the Givenchy brand with passion and enthusiasm, delivering the unique Givenchy selling ceremony in every customer interaction
- Deepen and develop client relationships through personalized communication including handwritten notes, phone calls, and emails to drive lifetime loyalty and spending
- Capture and analyze customer data through discovery conversations to inform personalized service strategies
- Implement hospitality best practices and optimize store amenities to create distinctive, memorable guest experiences
- Drive business performance by positioning seasonal products and key business essentials with styling expertise
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain relevance and inform product recommendations
- Perform additional duties including operations, visual merchandising, after-care, and inventory control as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales, retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience with proven history of driving sales results
- Demonstrated ability to engage clients and deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, and listening skills
- Ability to anticipate client desires and address concerns proactively
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities
- Service-oriented mindset with commitment to supporting clients and colleagues
- College-level education preferred

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales, retail, or hospitality experience, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance and building client relationships within a luxury or customer-facing environment.
