Givenchy seeks a Style Advisor in Aventura, Florida. Deliver luxury retail experiences, drive sales, and build client relationships in this full-time permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining personal accountability for performance objectives
- Provide personalized client experiences grounded in the Givenchy selling ceremony, delivering memorable moments through unique styling vision
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and apply omni-channel merchandising recommendations to align with client preferences
- Deepen guest relationships through ongoing personalized communication via handwritten notes, phone calls, and emails to drive lifetime loyalty and spend
- Capture and leverage customer data through discovery conversations to create tailored experiences and identify styling opportunities
- Stay current with market trends, competitor activity, and seasonal product innovations to position key business essentials effectively
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to implement personalized service best practices and create distinctive guest environments
- Monitor NPS performance and client feedback, taking proactive measures to address concerns and enhance satisfaction
- Identify loyal clients' passions and community involvement to develop meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities
- Perform operational duties including visual merchandising, aftercare, and inventory control as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales, retail, hospitality, or related cross-industry experience
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales results and exceeding performance targets
- Ability to create engaging client interactions and anticipate client desires and concerns
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
- Strong time management and service-oriented mindset
- College-level education preferred

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or luxury goods sectors, demonstrating a proven ability to drive results and exceed sales targets.
