Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining personal accountability for individual performance objectives
- Apply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all distribution channels
- Stay current with market trends and competitive landscape while maintaining comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
- Embody the Givenchy brand in every customer interaction with passion and enthusiasm, executing the Givenchy selling ceremony
- Create extraordinary guest experiences through personalized styling, leveraging individual STYLE to deliver memorable moments
- Deepen and develop client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend through strategic engagement
- Cultivate new and existing clients through ongoing personalized communication including handwritten notes, telephone calls, and emails
- Capture and analyze customer data through guest discovery conversations
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create distinctive, personalized experiences reflecting brand positioning
- Drive business by positioning seasonal collections and key product essentials to clients
- Monitor and respond proactively to Net Promoter Score performance and client feedback
- Identify loyal clients' passions and community involvement to develop Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities
- Execute additional responsibilities including operations, visual merchandising, client aftercare, and inventory management
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or related industries
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and measurable results
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and meaningful client interactions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with refined listening abilities
- Capability to anticipate client desires and address concerns proactively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Service-oriented mindset with commitment to supporting both clients and team members
- College-level education preferred
