Givenchy Style Advisor position in Atlanta, GA. Lead luxury retail sales with personalized client experiences and brand expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining personal accountability for performance objectives
- Provide personalized client experiences and build strong, lasting relationships through engagement and attentiveness
- Apply omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all distribution channels
- Stay current with market trends, competitive landscape, and seasonal product launches
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all Givenchy categories and communicate brand values authentically
- Cultivate client relationships through personalized communication including handwritten notes, phone calls, and emails
- Capture and utilize customer data through consultative discovery conversations
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create memorable, personalized experiences
- Drive business through styling expertise and positioning of seasonal collections and key essentials
- Monitor and act upon NPS performance and client feedback
- Identify clients' passions and community involvement to create corporate social responsibility opportunities
- Execute operational duties including visual merchandising, after-care, and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales, retail, hospitality, or related industry experience
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales and achieving results
- Ability to engage clients authentically and create meaningful interactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong active listening and client anticipation abilities
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Service-oriented mindset with proactive support for clients and colleagues
- College-level education preferred

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or cross-industry customer-facing roles, with a proven ability to drive sales performance and build client loyalty.
