Studio Coordinator at Givenchy London. Support the design studio with administrative coordination, scheduling, and creative operations. Full-time role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support studio management across all administrative functions including diary management, departmental coordination, and cross-functional communication
  • Coordinate and document team meetings, establishing action items and tracking progress on agreed deliverables
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and logistics for design team members
  • Coordinate the fitting schedule and manage preparation for key design milestones including board presentations, collection reviews, and design-to-fabric stages
  • Attend monthly calendar planning sessions with studio and department heads to align schedules and deliverables
  • Support model bookings, casting coordination, and liaison with stylist agents on a recurring basis
  • Orchestrate pre-show logistics including hair, makeup, music coordination, and casting agent scheduling
  • Maintain seamless communication between design, studio, merchandising, and sales departments
  • Collect, organize, and file seasonal design documentation for archival and intellectual property purposes
  • Schedule and manage stylist availability and assignments
  • Manage expense submissions and payment processing
  • Liaise with office management to ensure studio readiness and resource availability
  • Prepare and maintain the Creative Director's office and meeting spaces
  • Support ad-hoc studio requests and initiative-driven tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a studio coordinator or equivalent creative administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Advanced proficiency with both Apple Macintosh and Windows PC systems
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication skills
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
