Studio Coordinator at Givenchy, London. Support the Head of Studio and Creative Director with administrative, scheduling, and event coordination for the design studio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Head of Studio in all aspects of studio management, including diary coordination in conjunction with Creative Director's PAs, connecting departments, and facilitating seamless communication across the business
  • Coordinate and attend regular team meetings across departments, documenting notes and progressing agreed actions on behalf of the Creative Director and Head of Studio
  • Prepare in-depth itineraries and coordinate logistics for travel involving executive-level personnel
  • Liaise with high-level external stakeholders on behalf of the Creative Director and Head of Studio
  • Manage expense collection and submissions for payment processing
  • Coordinate fitting schedules and support the design team in preparing for critical milestones including board presentations, collection reviews, and sketch-to-fabric sessions
  • Support model bookings and collaborate with Image and Press teams to coordinate pre-show schedules encompassing hair, makeup, music, and casting agent liaison
  • Manage stylist scheduling and liaise regularly with stylist agents to accommodate changes
  • Facilitate seamless communication between design, studios, merchandising, and sales departments to ensure constant workflow
  • Collect, file, and share seasonal documentation for archival and intellectual property purposes
  • Coordinate pre-show logistics including hair, makeup, music coordination, and casting agent engagement
  • Maintain the Creative Director's personal office and studio spaces in preparation for meetings and executive activities
  • Attend monthly calendar coordination meetings with Head of Studio to integrate departmental schedules

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a studio coordinator or similar administrative role within a fashion, design, or creative environment
  • Proficiency in both MAC and PC operating systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and on own initiative
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards across all tasks
  • Professional presentation and demeanor with a friendly yet discrete manner
