Givenchy seeks an experienced Store Manager for its Singapore boutique. Lead luxury retail operations, manage teams, and drive sales with emphasis on client experience and brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, performance, and compliance with Givenchy standards
- Drive sales, productivity, and profitability in alignment with established targets and key performance indicators
- Develop and execute store strategy by translating commercial insights into actionable plans while protecting brand equity
- Oversee visual merchandising, client journey optimization, and flawless execution of operational processes
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing, engaged teams through effective talent management
- Foster a culture of trust, accountability, inclusion, and continuous professional development
- Coach team members through regular feedback, comprehensive performance reviews, and individualized development plans
- Identify and nurture emerging talent aligned with Givenchy and LVMH frameworks for career advancement

Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of retail management experience in luxury fashion, high-end retail, or equivalent premium sectors. Demonstrated success leading large teams, driving commercial performance, and maintaining brand standards in an upscale environment is essential.
Education
Secondary education minimum; tertiary qualifications in business management, hospitality, or related discipline are advantageous.
