Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the boutique team, setting a standard of professionalism, presentation and service that reflects the maison’s luxury positioning.
- Recruit, train and develop talent through tailored coaching programs and regular performance reviews.
- Define, implement and monitor sales strategies and targets to drive sustainable revenue growth for the boutique.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring personalised service and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and clienteling teams to plan and execute in-store events, local promotions and client outreach.
- Oversee operational excellence including stock organisation, product presentation, inventory control and store compliance.
- Analyse sales data and generate regular reports on boutique performance, customer feedback and market trends for senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing constructive feedback and creating development plans for team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum ten years’ professional experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable boutique/store management responsibility.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, including recruitment, training and performance management.
- Deep knowledge of luxury product categories, service standards and client expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to represent the brand with discretion and elegance.
- Fluency in the local language and strong proficiency in a second language preferred.

Minimum 10 years in luxury retail with several years in a store or boutique management role, demonstrating progressive responsibility for team leadership and commercial results.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred; vocational qualifications in luxury retail or hospitality acceptable.
