Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee achievement of all in-store sales targets and KPIs
  • Lead and ensure proper execution of boutique standard operating procedures including daily operations, inventory management, point-of-sale protocols, and opening/closing procedures
  • Direct store staff in the execution of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Develop store-level sales strategies, analyze sales performance data, and complete all required sales reports
  • Maintain brand image standards and ensure all staff personal presentation meets luxury brand requirements
  • Gather and report competitive and market intelligence
  • Create and manage monthly and daily staff schedules to optimize operational efficiency
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to enhance staff competency and productivity
  • Foster a collaborative and cohesive team environment
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and develop individual staff development plans
  • Ensure all store staff complete mandatory training and compliance certifications
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer records and profiles
  • Deliver post-sale customer service, proactively gathering customer feedback and requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of boutique or store manager experience in retail luxury goods

  • Professional grooming and personal presentation consistent with luxury brand standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency with computer systems and office software applications
