Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L and operational accountability for the Milan boutique, delivering sales, productivity and profitability targets.
  • Translate commercial insight into local action plans while safeguarding brand equity and long-term client value.
  • Ensure flawless execution of visual merchandising, store standards and the end-to-end client journey across all touchpoints.
  • Recruit, coach and retain a high-performing, inclusive team; implement development plans and performance reviews.
  • Lead high-touch clienteling activities to build a loyal local client base and long-term relationships.
  • Embed Maison policies, compliance and luxury service protocols across the store; act as daily ambassador of the brand.
  • Use KPIs and performance metrics as tools for coaching, development and continuous improvement.
  • Delegate effectively, resolve operational challenges proactively and maintain transparency in decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in retail, with progressive responsibility in store management or boutique leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and managing store P&L within a luxury or premium environment.
  • Demonstrable experience recruiting, developing and retaining retail talent; strong coaching and people‑management skills.
  • Deep clienteling and relationship‑management capability with an aptitude for high‑value clientele.
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising standards and retail operations within a luxury context.

Experience
