Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the achievement of store sales targets.
• Lead employees in correctly implementing boutique SOPs, including daily operations, merchandise management, cash-handling standards, opening and closing procedures, and service processes.
• Lead employees in correctly implementing promotional plans.
• Develop store sales plans and analyze and complete sales reports.
• Ensure employees maintain the brand image and meet personal presentation standards.
• Collect market and competitor intelligence.
• Prepare effective monthly and daily staff schedules.
• Coach employees regularly, review their professional skills, and improve performance.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.
• Assess employees’ performance regularly and develop employee development plans.
• Ensure employees pass all training assessments.
• Ensure customer information is complete and accurate.
• Provide after-sales service and proactively and promptly understand customer needs and feedback.
• Communicate with customers regularly and build positive customer relationships.
• Handle customer objections.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a store manager in retail; management experience with a contemporary luxury brand or five-star hotel, or experience in the cosmetics industry, is preferred.
• Polished appearance, regular features, and good skin condition.
• Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal warmth, and a high degree of sensitivity to luxury goods.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with office software.
