Givenchy in Paris seeks a Stockroom Coordinator (CDD) to manage inventory, deliveries and stock processes for its boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure orderly, secure and optimised organisation of the boutique stockroom and back-of-house areas.
- Supervise merchandise flows between sales floor and stockroom, manage replenishment and stock rotations.
- Assist sales staff with timely supply of items to the sales area and control restocking accuracy.
- Guarantee labelling and traceability of all items and maintain accurate records of client deliveries.
- Lead and coordinate inventory procedures, execute inventory counts and manage related administrative tasks.
- Implement and refine processes to optimise inter-boutique transfers, stock rotation and logistics efficiency.
- Oversee customer delivery process end-to-end and act as primary contact for delivery discrepancies.
- Support maintenance and operations of store equipment; coordinate cleaning and repairs when required.
- Provide on-floor assistance to the sales team when business needs dictate.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' retail experience; experience in a luxury maison strongly preferred (five years desirable).
- Strong customer service orientation with a results-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to stock issues.
- Ability to multitask, propose process improvements and work collaboratively within a team.
- Fluent English (spoken); capacity to operate in a multilingual retail environment is an asset.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail stock or logistics experience, ideally within a luxury brand; prior responsibility for inventory control, deliveries and stockroom processes preferred. Supervisory or coordination experience of stock flows and inventory procedures is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in logistics, retail management or supply-chain operations preferred.
