Operations Supervisor position at Givenchy, Los Angeles. Manage retail inventory and logistics on Rodeo Drive. $30–$32/hr, full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory systems in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner consistent with luxury retail standards
  • Support sales staff by locating and retrieving in-stock merchandise not currently displayed on the sales floor
  • Anticipate merchandise maintenance requirements and provide proactive solutions for space and storage optimization
  • Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed and labeled according to company standards
  • Coordinate the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and props in support of visual merchandising and operations initiatives
  • Oversee facility and fixture maintenance, coordinate cleaning schedules, and arrange repairs as required
  • Execute inventory counts and cycle counts with precision and timeliness
  • Actively participate in the inventory reconciliation process and maintain detailed documentation
  • Manage inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and incoming/outgoing shipments in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Complete all inventory-related paperwork accurately, including damage reports and returns-to-vendor (RTVs)
  • Package client merchandise to the highest standards of presentation and protection
  • Lead the client delivery process end-to-end, including troubleshooting and resolution of delivery discrepancies
  • Document all deliveries, track merchandise inventory, and locate items as necessary
  • Support other departments and the sales floor as directed by Store Manager or Director

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience with a focus on stock and inventory management
  • Preferred background in luxury retail or high-end fashion environments
  • Demonstrated proficiency with retail management software and ability to learn various software packages quickly
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Customer service orientation and ability to support sales personnel effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot logistics and inventory issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
