Givenchy internship: Showroom Press Coordinator Assistant in Paris. Collection management, press events, 5–6 months.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee showroom collection installation, visual merchandising, product maintenance, inventory, and organization
  • Coordinate collection handovers with each business unit and import collections into Launchmetrics FGPS
  • Monitor French Goods returns processes and provide training to external offices and subsidiaries
  • Manage press sample orders including planning, budget calculation, and coordination with business units and production
  • Coordinate international press sample delivery schedules and conduct weekly production meetings
  • Track and update press sample budgets (samples, children collections, supplies, hangers, packaging, cordwaining, pressing)
  • Provide line lists and tracking documentation; collect exotic material attestations
  • Manage collections for advertising campaigns in collaboration with the Image department
  • Coordinate collection logistics for press events including Paris, London, Milan, US, and Asian press days
  • Support showroom press day operations including photographer management (backstage, podium, photocall)
  • Serve as interface between showroom management and visual merchandising teams during collection installations

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Press Communication, ideally within fashion and luxury sectors
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
  • Artistic sensibility and creative eye
  • Fluent in French and English
