Givenchy apprenticeship in Paris: Showroom & Press Coordinator Assistant. Manage collections, press samples, and fashion events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee showroom collections setup, visual merchandising, product maintenance, inventory, restocking, and organization across multiple business units
- Execute collection transitions with each business unit (ready-to-wear, footwear, leather goods, jewelry, eyewear) and import collection data into Launchmetrics FGPS
- Manage press sample orders including planning, cross-functional coordination, tracking, delivery, and budget calculation
- Coordinate international press sample delivery schedules and chair weekly production meetings with ready-to-wear and accessories manufacturing teams
- Track and update budgets for samples, children's collections, supplies, hangers, packaging, shoe services, and pressing
- Provide line lists and documentation; collect certifications for exotic materials
- Manage collections for advertising campaigns in coordination with the imaging department
- Support fashion show events including press day coordination, photographer management, backstage operations, and showroom presentation
- Interface with showroom manager and visual merchandising team on collection display implementation
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English
- Artistic sensibility combined with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Prior experience in press communications ideally within luxury or fashion
- Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple projects
