Givenchy — Paris: Showroom & Press Coordination Intern (5–6 month internship), start Sept 2026, based in Paris 8e.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage showroom operations: install seasonal collections, maintain product presentation, supplies and stock control, and ensure overall showroom upkeep.
- Coordinate collection handovers with business units (PAP, Footwear, Leather Goods, Jewelry, Eyewear) and import collection data into Launchmetrics FGPS.
- Support the French Goods return process and assist with training/co-ordination for external offices and subsidiaries.
- Oversee press sample logistics: plan press orders, collect information from BU/retail/production, manage order placement, shipment and reception, and maintain budgetary tracking.
- Coordinate international press sample schedules and Press Days (Paris, London, Milan, US, Asia) including delivery planning and weekly production meetings.
- Prepare and update lines lists, tracking documents and collect necessary attestations for exotic materials.
- Support collection coordination for advertising campaigns and internal requests from Image, Production and Commercial teams.
- Assist with event support for shows and Press Days: welcome press and photographers, manage backstage/podium/photocall logistics, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising for presentation.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised degree programme in Communication, Public Relations, Fashion Management or a related field — internship agreement (convention de stage) required.
- Available full time for a 5–6 month internship starting September 2026, based in Paris 8e.
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
- A first internship or experience in press communications, ideally within fashion or luxury, is appreciated.
- Strong organisational rigour, attention to detail, artistic sensitivity, adaptability and team-working skills.

Beginners and current students are encouraged to apply; a prior internship or early experience in press communications within fashion or luxury is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communication, Public Relations, Fashion Management, Luxury Brand Management or a related discipline.
