Givenchy Senior Sales Associate in Singapore – luxury retail role combining clienteling expertise, sales performance, and team leadership in a full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently elevated, personalised, and memorable client experiences aligned with Givenchy standards
- Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with local and international clients through advanced clienteling skills and proactive engagement
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while driving conversion, units per transaction, and client retention
- Demonstrate comprehensive mastery of Givenchy's collections, storytelling, and craftsmanship, confidently guiding clients with authenticity and precision
- Lead by example through behaviour, attitude, and professionalism, serving as a reference point for best practices in selling and service standards
