Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and design CAD models in compliance with designer specifications using MOZART software
- Interpret and translate design briefs from the Paris design team into technical CAD documentation
- Collaborate closely with the internal Atelier and prototypist team to refine designs and prototypes
- Liaise with all Florence-based departments including product development, industrialization, and raw materials teams
- Maintain regular communication and coordination with the Paris headquarters design studio
- Manage project schedules and ensure adherence to development timelines
- Identify, anticipate, and resolve technical issues during product development and assembly stages
- Maintain productive working relationships with external suppliers and partner vendors
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of demonstrated experience in a similar modelist or CAD modeling role
- Formal degree or specialization in pattern-making or modelling
- Advanced proficiency with CAD software and MOZART platform
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in Italian and English; French language skills preferred
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
- Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving orientation
- Strong administrative and task management capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously while fostering effective team collaboration

Compensation
