Givenchy Senior Manager, Private Client in New York—lead VIP client acquisition and development across the U.S. $120K–$140K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the regional acquisition strategy for High Potential, Top Client, and VIC clientele across the United States
- Personally develop relationships with prospective elite clients, serving as a trusted ambassador for the House
- Identify and cultivate new acquisition channels through luxury partnerships, cultural communities, exclusive events, and referral networks
- Develop highly personalized engagement strategies that strengthen client loyalty and increase lifetime value
- Drive client retention through tailored experiences, exclusive access, and one-to-one relationship management
- Support boutiques in identifying future VICs and developing sustainable pipelines of High Potential clients through shared best practices
- Develop and oversee exclusive client experiences designed to recruit, engage, and retain top clientele
- Represent Givenchy at industry events and within key luxury communities to strengthen brand awareness
- Leverage Salesforce, Qlik, and client analytics to identify acquisition opportunities and monitor portfolio performance
- Track key performance indicators including VIC acquisition, Top Client penetration, lifetime value, appointments, and retention rates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of experience in luxury retail, private client development, hospitality, jewelry, or comparable high-touch industries
- Proven success acquiring and developing High Potential, Top Client, and VIC clientele
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships that translate into measurable commercial growth
- Strong commercial acumen with experience growing private client portfolios and increasing client lifetime value
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and client analytics
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify new business opportunities and execute with agility
- Ability to travel across the U.S. and internationally
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in luxury retail, private client development, hospitality, jewelry, or comparable high-touch industries with a proven track record of acquiring and cultivating elite clientele.
Education
Bachelor's degree required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000 per annum.
