Givenchy — Paris: Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits (on-site) to lead global total rewards for c.900 employees.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own budgeting and financial control for payroll and benefits costs; prepare forecasts, variance analyses and monthly/annual reporting for internal stakeholders and the Group.
- Define and implement the global compensation and benefits strategy (fixed, variable and long-term incentives) to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys; provide data-driven recommendations to Executive Management and local leadership.
- Lead end-to-end compensation processes, including annual salary review cycles, bonus programs and merit increases, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance.
- Drive HRIS strategy and deployments related to compensation (e.g., regional rollout of budgeting tools); supervise C&B systems and data integrity.
- Maintain active market and regulatory watch on C&B trends and liaise with local HR, Finance and General Management on transversal projects.
- Line-manage one C&B professional and provide coaching, quality control and performance oversight.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive Compensation & Benefits or HR Controlling experience, ideally within international luxury fashion or a global corporate environment.
- Proven ability to design and implement total rewards frameworks and to run complex salary and bonus cycles.
- Strong command of labour, social and tax aspects affecting compensation in multi-jurisdictional contexts.
- Fluent written and spoken English; ability to advise senior leaders and present complex analyses clearly.

Experience
At least 10 years of significant Compensation & Benefits experience, with demonstrated exposure to international programmes, payroll budgeting and C&B systems; candidates from finance backgrounds with strong analytical skills and interest in HR may be considered.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Finance, or equivalent
