Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Givenchy brand in-store, delivering high-standard clienteling from welcome to after-sales service.
  • Advise, engage and build loyalty with clientele to actively contribute to store sales and repeat business.
  • Acquire and maintain thorough product knowledge across relevant lines to create privileged client relationships.
  • Ensure the corner/boutique presentation meets brand visual and merchandising standards and follow merchandising instructions.
  • Manage merchandise flow: receive and check stock, maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control procedures.
  • Support customer service processes including after-sales handling and escalation according to boutique protocols.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture and participate in initiatives to attract new client segments and markets.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school, university programme or equivalent (student status required).
  • Fluent spoken English; knowledge of a third language is an advantage.

  • Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and a service-driven mindset.
  • Availability for a full-time internship of 3–4 months on site in Saint-Tropez.
