Givenchy is hiring a Sales Consultant in London (Harrods). Permanent full-time, on-site role delivering Maison-level client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage clients with warmth, professionalism and discretion across all touchpoints to deliver personalised, Maison-level experiences.
  • Develop and apply product knowledge and storytelling to advise clients on collections, heritage and craftsmanship.
  • Apply selling techniques and clienteling practices to support achievement of individual and store sales objectives.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting smooth client journeys, maintaining boutique standards of presentation and behaviour.
  • Execute transactions, assist with stock and cash procedures, and maintain a clean, organised and elevated retail environment.
  • Actively seek feedback, pursue ongoing learning and take responsibility for personal development toward greater autonomy on the selling floor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury or premium retail sales, preferably within fashion or leather goods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for luxury retail.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
  • Enthusiastic, curious and committed to continuous learning and adherence to Maison standards.
  • Professional presentation and strong client-service orientation.
