Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients with warmth, discretion and professionalism, delivering personalised service at every touchpoint.
  • Build and maintain product knowledge across collections, heritage and craftsmanship to communicate features and storytelling accurately.
  • Apply proven selling techniques and clienteling to support individual and store sales objectives.
  • Execute transactions, cash handling and POS procedures accurately while supporting stock and operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in luxury or premium retail sales.
  • Demonstrable passion for luxury fashion and client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English (local language).
  • Professional grooming and presentation consistent with Maison standards.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work on the boutique floor with focus and discretion.
