Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with warmth, discretion and professionalism, delivering personalised service at every touchpoint.
- Build and maintain product knowledge across collections, heritage and craftsmanship to communicate features and storytelling accurately.
- Apply proven selling techniques and clienteling to support individual and store sales objectives.
- Execute transactions, cash handling and POS procedures accurately while supporting stock and operational processes.
- Contribute to a polished, organised boutique environment and uphold Maison standards of presentation and conduct.
- Support a collaborative team culture by sharing feedback, assisting colleagues and ensuring smooth client journeys.
- Pursue continuous development through feedback, training and self-directed learning to progress toward senior retail roles.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury or premium retail sales.
- Demonstrable passion for luxury fashion and client service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English (local language).
- Professional grooming and presentation consistent with Maison standards.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work on the boutique floor with focus and discretion.

Education
