Givenchy Sales Associate position in Singapore; luxury retail role delivering client experience and contributing to store performance on a permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome local and international clients with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy, delivering attentive and personalised service aligned with Givenchy selling guidelines
- Support achievement of individual and store sales objectives by applying selling techniques, storytelling, and conversion strategies learned through training and coaching
- Develop and demonstrate understanding of Givenchy's collections, brand heritage, and craftsmanship, communicating product features and brand values with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth client journeys, demonstrating openness to feedback and coaching while contributing positively to team energy and professionalism
- Execute sales transactions accurately and efficiently, support daily operational tasks including stock management and cash handling, and maintain adherence to Givenchy policies and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in local language; additional languages preferred
- Interest in luxury retail and client experience
- Ability to represent the Maison with elegance, attention to detail, and professional grooming
- Demonstrated reliability, consistency, and willingness to learn and grow within a luxury environment
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to 2–3 years in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles. Candidates with first experience are welcomed and will receive comprehensive coaching and training within Givenchy's retail career framework.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; luxury retail or hospitality certification preferred but not required.
