Givenchy in Singapore seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive boutique sales through personalised clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the complete Selling Ceremony, including personalised client engagement, after‑sales follow‑up and relationship development through proactive clienteling.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored recommendations based on customer preferences and purchase history; update client records on internal platforms.
- Drive and exceed individual and boutique sales targets by recognising cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.
- Represent the maison through impeccable grooming, demeanour and storytelling to enhance the brand image and boutique atmosphere.
- Support store operations: perform inventory management, cycle counts, goods reception, stock control and back‑of‑house maintenance.
- Operate POS accurately and efficiently to ensure flawless transactional service.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and propose enhancements to maximise selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training initiatives and contribute to a positive, high‑performance team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in fashion or luxury retail.
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer‑centric attitude.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and delivering superior client experiences.
- Team player with entrepreneurial drive, resilience and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years' hands‑on experience within fashion or luxury retail, demonstrating consistent client acquisition and retention, strong clienteling practices and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education or certificate in fashion, luxury retail or business is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
