Givenchy hiring a Sales Associate in Noventa di Piave, Italy — 4-month fixed-term, full-time position at McArthur Glen outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome international and local clients, curate a personalised shopping journey and ensure a consistently elevated guest experience.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through attentive clienteling, tracking preferences and recommending products tailored to individual tastes.
- Present and narrate Givenchy collections, highlighting design details and heritage to reinforce brand storytelling.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and window presentation to maintain an aspirational in-store environment.
- Work toward and exceed sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and employing consultative selling techniques.
- Adhere to luxury grooming and behavioural standards, sustaining the boutique’s premium atmosphere.
- Collaborate closely with store colleagues and stock teams to ensure seamless service and product availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury or high-end fashion retail or another demanding client-facing environment.
- Very good proficiency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric disposition and empathy.
- Deep interest in fashion and strong alignment with Givenchy’s brand identity and values.
- Professional demeanour, resilience, entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative team orientation.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in luxury/fashion retail or an equivalently demanding customer-centric role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion, or visual merchandising is desirable.
