Givenchy Milan (Via Sant'Andrea) seeks a Sales Associate (fixed-term) to deliver personalised luxury client experiences. Start May 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome local and international clients, creating a refined and welcoming in-store atmosphere.
- Deliver personalised service by identifying client needs, preferences and style, and follow up to build long-term loyalty.
- Present and narrate Givenchy collections with product knowledge and storytelling that highlights craftsmanship and design details.
- Achieve and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and in-store displays to ensure a compelling boutique environment.
- Collaborate closely with stock and boutique teams to ensure consistent service standards and product availability.
- Adhere to Givenchy’s grooming and behavioural standards to uphold the brand image.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury or high-end fashion retail or a similarly demanding customer-facing environment.
- Very good verbal and written Italian and English proficiency.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and a clear understanding of Givenchy’s brand identity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and a client-centric mindset.
- High standards of presentation and professional conduct consistent with luxury retail.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail environments with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives and delivering high-touch client experiences.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary studies in fashion, retail management or a related field is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
