Givenchy seeks a Sales Consultant in London (Harrods) to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store performance. Permanent, full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism and attention to detail, creating an emotionally engaging in-store experience.
- Deliver personalised, consultative service across all touchpoints; learn to diagnose client needs, preferences and style.
- Support achievement of individual and store sales objectives using trained selling techniques and product storytelling.
- Develop robust product and brand knowledge—collections, heritage and craftsmanship—and communicate features accurately and enthusiastically.
- Execute transactions, cash-handling and stock procedures accurately and support daily operational discipline to maintain an elevated boutique environment.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture by upholding standards of presentation, behaviour and service; actively seek feedback and learning opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury or premium retail sales.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a client-centric demeanour.
- Demonstrable passion for luxury goods and a willingness to develop product and brand fluency.
- Eager to learn, receptive to feedback and committed to personal development.
- Fluent in the local language; additional languages are a strong asset.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail, with demonstrable client-facing sales performance and familiarity with high-end product vocabularies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, fashion, luxury hospitality or related field preferred.
