Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalised client interactions that reflect Maison standards at every touchpoint.
- Apply selling techniques and storytelling to support individual and store sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, brand fluency and understanding of heritage and craftsmanship.
- Execute transactions accurately and support cash, stock and operational processes with diligence.

- Passion for luxury goods, curiosity to learn and a proactive, upbeat attitude.
- Professional presentation and the ability to represent the Maison through conduct and grooming.
