Givenchy seeks a Sales Associate in Florence (Reggello) — temporary full-time outlet role starting May 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome local and international clients and deliver personalised, client-centric service tailored to each customer's needs and style.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through active clienteling, tracking preferences and past purchases to deliver bespoke recommendations.
- Present and narrate Givenchy’s collections with passion, communicating the brand heritage and design details to enhance product desirability.
- Support visual merchandising and in-store presentation to ensure a compelling boutique environment aligned with brand standards.
- Work to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate closely with the retail team, including stock colleagues, to ensure consistency in service, inventory accuracy and product availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury or high-end fashion retail, boutique or similarly demanding customer-centric environment.
- Very good proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong empathy and client rapport-building ability.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and a clear alignment with Givenchy’s brand identity and luxury service standards.
- Professional presentation, resilience, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work autonomously within a team.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years in luxury/fashion retail or a similarly demanding, client-facing environment with a proven record of meeting sales targets; outlet or boutique experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in retail, fashion or luxury management is advantageous.

This position is based in Florence, Tuscany, Italy.
