Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, personalised welcome to local and international clients and foster long-term client relationships.
- Present Givenchy collections knowledgeably, narrate product stories and guide clients through the assortment to meet their needs.
- Create and maintain attractive floor displays and visual merchandising to uphold the boutique’s aesthetic standards.
- Drive sales performance by identifying upsell opportunities, meeting and striving to exceed assigned targets.
- Represent the Maison through impeccable grooming and conduct; remain informed on luxury and fashion trends.
- Collaborate closely with boutique and back-office teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a client‑facing retail role, preferably within luxury fashion or a high‑service environment.
- Fluent English (spoken); strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and a solid understanding of Givenchy’s brand identity.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a proven ability to build rapport and maintain client loyalty.
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards; team player with a results‑driven attitude.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail, or equivalent high‑level client service roles.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury sales, or a related discipline preferred.
