Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome local and international clients with a warm, attentive reception and create an inviting boutique atmosphere.
- Deliver personalized service by identifying clients' needs, preferences and style to build long‑term relationships and foster loyalty.
- Present Givenchy ready‑to‑wear collections with informed product storytelling and highlight distinctive design features.
- Contribute to visual presentation and in‑store displays to maintain an attractive, brand‑coherent boutique environment.
- Proactively pursue and exceed individual sales targets through up‑selling, cross‑selling and identifying additional opportunities.
- Represent the Maison through impeccable grooming and adherence to brand standards and stay current on luxury fashion trends.
- Collaborate closely with boutique colleagues and back‑office teams to ensure a seamless client experience and consistent service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a client‑facing retail role; prior experience in luxury fashion or a high‑service environment preferred.
- Fluent spoken English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Clear understanding of fashion and strong alignment with Givenchy’s brand identity; professional grooming and presentation.
