Givenchy — Paris: Retail Training Assistant (Intern). 6-month internship supporting global retail learning, LMS 1952 administration and training coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage learner participation and address comments, requests and technical issues on the online learning platform (1952) to improve user experience and engagement.
- Support logistics and coordination for instructor-led training sessions and contribute to in-person event facilitation when required.
- Perform day-to-day administration of the learning management system and support platform maintenance tasks.
- Compile, analyse and report on learning KPIs and team activity metrics for the Senior Retail Learning Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners involved in course creation and follow-up (Merchandising, Press, Heritage, Retail Performance).
- Contribute to retail projects including clienteling, omnichannel initiatives and retail excellence programmes.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school, art school, journalism school or an equivalent university programme; internship agreement (convention de stage) required.
- Ideally a first professional experience in retail, luxury or fashion, though entry-level candidates will be considered.
- Fluency in English (spoken); strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, adaptability and creativity.
- Autonomous, energetic, flexible and curious with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
- Availability for a six-month, full-time internship based in Paris (8th arrondissement); start date: as soon as possible.
