Givenchy is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate at The Mall outlet, Reggello (Florence), Italy — full-time summer role starting June 2025.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, luxury client experience by warmly welcoming local and international customers and identifying their needs and style preferences.
- Present and narrate Givenchy collections with passion, guiding clients through products and highlighting design details and provenance.
- Achieve and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets; proactively identify and convert additional sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling, tracking preferences and purchase history to ensure tailored recommendations.
- Contribute to in-store visual standards and merchandising; assist with creating compelling displays that reinforce the boutique’s upscale atmosphere.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, including stock and back-office teams, to ensure seamless customer service and consistent product presentation.
- Adhere to Givenchy’s dress, behaviour and service standards and remain informed on luxury and fashion trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, or a comparable customer-centric environment (required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to empathise and establish rapport with diverse clientele.
- Very good command of the local language and the ability to converse with international customers; additional languages are an asset.
- Genuine passion for fashion and deep appreciation of Givenchy’s brand DNA; committed to representing the Maison with authenticity.
- Resilient, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing sales team.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in luxury or fashion retail or another demanding, client-facing environment; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Florence, Tuscany, Italy.
