Givenchy Retail Operations Intern (EMEA) in Paris. Six-month internship supporting boutique operations across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Hybrid role based in Paris 8th.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Validate supply orders from vendors including Lyreco, Raja, and Burlet
  • Process orders for diverse supplies including dishware, serving trays, tea, champagne, and presentation gloves
  • Validate and manage packaging orders from vendors such as Brandart and Maxpack
  • Coordinate uniform orders for retail boutiques
  • Process boutique invoices by inputting data into GYPO and tracking supplier payments
  • Update operational procedures and adapt them according to regional market requirements
  • Maintain and update Givenchy boutique rosters
  • Coordinate security and housekeeping service requirements for boutiques in liaison with general services
  • Support cross-functional coordination with headquarters departments as needed
  • Provide operational support for boutique openings and closings
  • Assist in the preparation of operations training materials
  • Optimize in-store resource allocation including scheduling and cost control
  • Ensure adherence to House standards and operational guidelines

Qualifications

  • Excellent proficiency in English and French
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Initiative and autonomy in a fast-paced environment
  • Affinity for retail and luxury sector environments
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of Cegid and SAP systems (preferred)
  • Must be enrolled in a recognized state-accredited degree program
