Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Operations Manager EMEA with procurement: validate and place orders for store supplies and packaging (suppliers such as Lyreco, Raja, Brandart, Maxpack).
- Manage uniform orders for boutiques and coordinate related supplier communications.
- Process and record boutique invoices in GYPO and follow up on supplier payments.
- Update and adapt operating procedures for different markets and maintain Givenchy wardrobe/vestiaire tracking tables.
- Coordinate with internal HQ teams and facilities for validation of security and cleaning resources for boutiques.
- Provide operational support for boutique openings and closures and assist preparation of operations trainings.
- Optimise in‑store resource organisation including scheduling and cost control, and uphold Maison standards across stores.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a state‑recognised degree programme with a mandatory internship agreement (convention de stage).
- Availability for a 6‑month internship beginning July 2026; based in Paris 8th (Alma–Marceau); hybrid working arrangement.
- Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Cegid and SAP is a plus.
- Personal attributes: rigorous, well organised, autonomous, proactive, enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills and a sensitivity to the luxury retail environment.
