Givenchy Retail Operations Coordinator internship in Paris; 6-month program managing supply orders, invoicing and boutique operations across EMEA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Validate and process supply orders from vendors including Lyreco, Raja, Burlet and similar suppliers
- Order diverse supplies including dishware, serving platters, beverages, presentation gloves and other retail essentials
- Validate and process packaging orders from designated packaging suppliers
- Coordinate and procure uniforms for boutique locations across the EMEA region
- Manage boutique invoicing including data entry into the GYPO system and follow-up on supplier payments
- Update and adapt operational procedures according to market-specific requirements
- Maintain and update Givenchy boutique staffing schedules and rosters
- Support security and housekeeping needs validation for boutiques in coordination with general services
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with headquarters departments as operational needs arise
- Assist with boutique opening and closing project support
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of operational training programs
- Optimize boutique resource allocation including staff scheduling and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines across all EMEA locations
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proactive with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of retail and luxury market dynamics
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of Cegid and SAP systems valued as an asset
- Fluent in both French and English

Entry-level candidates welcome; retail or administrative experience in a luxury environment preferred but not required
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program recognized by the French state; internship must be credited towards a formal diploma
