Givenchy internship: 6-month Retail Operations Assistant role in Paris, supporting EMEA operations and boutique management from September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Validate and process supply orders from vendors including Lyreco, Raja, and Burlet
- Procure supplies including dishware, trays, tea, champagne, and presentation gloves
- Validate packaging orders from approved suppliers such as Brandart and Maxpack
- Order and manage uniforms for boutique locations
- Input and reconcile store invoices in GYPO system and track vendor payments
- Update and maintain operational procedures according to market requirements
- Maintain and monitor Givenchy wardrobe inventory tracking spreadsheets
- Coordinate security and housekeeping vendor requests with general services
- Support cross-functional collaboration between boutiques and headquarters
- Assist in store opening and closure projects
- Support preparation and delivery of operations training sessions
- Optimize store resource planning including staffing schedules and cost controls
- Ensure adherence to Maison standards across all retail locations
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a state-recognized degree program (internship agreement required)
- Advanced English and French proficiency
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated initiative and autonomy in task execution
- Affinity for retail and luxury sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Entry-level; no prior experience required. Candidates with retail or operations exposure are preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a state-recognized diploma or degree program in business administration, supply chain, retail management, or related field.
