Six-month Retail Operations Assistant Intern position at Givenchy Paris. Support EMEA operations including supply chain, invoicing, and boutique coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Validate and process supply orders (Lyreco, Raja, Burlet, etc.) and coordinate requisitions for diverse materials including tableware, platters, tea, champagne, and presentation gloves
- Manage packaging orders from designated vendors and process uniform orders for retail stores
- Process store invoices through GYPO system and monitor supplier payments
- Update and maintain operational procedures adapted to regional market requirements
- Monitor Givenchy wardrobe schedules and update documentation
- Coordinate security and housekeeping requirements for boutiques in conjunction with general services
- Support boutique opening and closing projects from planning through execution
- Prepare operational training materials and support training delivery across the region
- Optimize boutique resource organization including scheduling and cost control
- Coordinate with headquarters departments on ad hoc operational needs
- Ensure compliance with Givenchy house standards across all EMEA locations
Qualifications
- Convention de stage obligatoire (internship integrated into an accredited degree program)
- Advanced proficiency in English and French
- Demonstrated excellence in Excel with familiarity of Cegid and SAP preferred
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Autonomous working approach with initiative-taking mindset
- Genuine enthusiasm for retail and luxury brand environments
- Natural relationship-building abilities across cross-functional teams
