Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Operations Manager EMEA in daily operational tasks across the region.
- Validate and place orders for general supplies and boutique consumables (vendors such as Lyreco, Raja, Burlet).
- Coordinate packaging orders and suppliers (e.g., Brandart, Maxpack) and manage uniform procurement for boutiques.
- Manage boutique invoices: data entry into GYPO and follow-up on supplier payments.
- Update and adapt operational procedures to reflect market-specific requirements.
- Maintain and monitor Givenchy wardrobe/vestiaire tracking tables.
- Assist in assessing and validating requirements for security and cleaning services in coordination with general services.
- Coordinate cross-functional work with head‑office teams according to needs.
- Provide project support for store openings and closures and assist in preparing operations trainings.
- Contribute to optimisation of boutique resource organisation, including scheduling and cost control, and ensure compliance with Maison standards.
Qualifications
- Mandatory internship agreement (convention de stage) and enrolment in a state‑recognised diploma program; availability for a 6‑month internship starting September 2026.
- Rigour, strong organisational skills, autonomy and a proactive sense of initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm; sensitivity to luxury retail culture.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English.

Open to beginners; suitable for students with limited professional experience seeking a 6‑month curricular internship in retail operations. Prior exposure to retail environments is advantageous but not required.
